Issues of production efficiency, fail-safety and occupational safety and health are addressed very seriously at Nizhnekamsk Enterprise “Centromontazhavtomatika” LLC.
A special regulation is formulated in the company that concerns labour safety management system, and then this regulation is integrated into general production management system. The regulation determines procedures of how to prepare and take and then realize a decision of organizational, technical and sanitary arrangements aiming at supporting occupational health and safety.
The labour safety management system makes the following provisions:
- Systematization of all labour protection arrangements engaging in these activities the company’s managerial, engineering and technical personnel, its supervisory and production workers.;
- Scheduling and monitoring of timely realization of organizational and technical measures directed at decreasing of number of accidents, failures and occupational diseases.;
- Organizational control of adherence to labour safety regulations and worker’s protection at all production areas.;
- Common usage of expertise, ethical and economical factors for creating of labour safety conditions.
Organizational and methodical management, coordination of occupational safety and health activities in the company’s business units, upcoming organizational improvements and introduction of advanced form and methods of those activities, and also control for realization of the labour safety management system provisions and adherence to labour safety regulations are assigned to the company’s health-and-safety engineer.
Scheduling of labour safety activities
In the planning security for the enterprise includes:
- Scheduling of labour safety activities is based on a plan. As a rule the company adopts such a plan for a year.;
- Preparation of labour safety nomenclative arrangements for this plan is carried out by the company’s health-and-safety engineer, and it is based upon proposals issued by all company’s business units and services. In this plan are also included all arrangements associated with economical and social development of the company that are authorized by administrative orders and instructions of higher-level authorities, and with decisions and proposals of trade union organizations and state oversight bodies.
- Plans of expeditious replacement of process, power and communication equipment that is worn-out or does not meet the labour safety requirements, are drafted by the company’s mechanical supervisor staff.
